The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@arcitools.com. There is one inbox; the right subject-line tag below routes the message to the right thread.
What to email for
- [Correction] — a number, rate, formula, or quoted source on a tool page is out of date or wrong. Please include the page URL, the value you saw, the value it should be, and a link to a public source (regulator, manufacturer, or operator page). Confirmed corrections are usually patched within 1–3 business days and the tool's Last reviewed date is bumped.
- [Bug] — the calculator computes the wrong result, the page breaks on a device or browser, or a button doesn't work. Include: the URL, your browser and OS, the inputs you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. Screenshots help. For reproducible front-end bugs you can also file an issue directly on GitHub.
- [Idea] — a calculator or utility you wish existed for the PH market. Include the decision you'd use it for. We ship 1–2 new tools a month and reader ideas consistently outrank our internal backlog.
- [Partnership] — banks, brokers, insurers, telcos, and ad networks. We consider partner-link placements where the partner is relevant to an existing tool, the offer is real (not a teaser), and the disclosure is unambiguous. We do not accept paid placement inside calculator math (defaults, rankings, recommendations), and we do not write sponsored articles. Partnership replies typically take 5–10 business days.
- [Press] — interviews, podcast invites, quotes for a story. Please include your outlet, deadline, and topic.
- [Privacy] — questions about analytics, ad consent, or data we hold (we hold very little — your tool inputs never reach us). RA 10173 (PH Data Privacy Act) access, correction, and erasure requests are routed here.
Response window
Most messages get a reply within 2–5 business days, Manila time. Confirmed corrections and serious bugs are prioritized over partnership inquiries.
What we don't take
- Paid consulting engagements.
- Custom calculator builds for third parties.
- Sponsored articles, paid reviews, or "thought leadership" placements.
- Guest-post pitches built on backlink swaps.
